Other sub-tab: Asset

The Other page on the Asset Details page provides fields to enter additional information on the asset, including special instructions, predictive technology information and miscellaneous additional data fields.

The following fields are displayed on the Other page:

• Additional Info Section: Additional fields to track general information such as operator and license number.

• Drawing Updates Indicator: Indicates whether or not drawing updates are needed for this asset. The value in this field is often populated during the Work Order Complete/Close process.

• Predictive Maintenance Indicator and Technology: Indicates whether or not this asset uses predictive technology to analyze maintenance needs. If predictive technology is used, you can use the Predictive Technology lookup to select the technology type.

• Special Instructions: A comments field to enter special instructions related to maintaining this asset. A check box is provided to indicate whether this information should be displayed on work order reports for this asset.
